How can I become a Financial Advisor?

I am currently the Service Manager at Ethan Allen Home Interiors and speak and sit with clients on a daily basis. I would like to learn how to become an Advisor and get into a good firm and work my way up the ladder. Are there any training classes or anything I can do to work towards that? I am 23 years old and living in Clearwater, Fl. Can anybody help me?
